In my ongoing attempt to acquire/pick up the #Garifuna Language, I continue to try out various methods to pick up the Garifuna Language. One method is to isolate and pick out a song lyric, listen to it and try to repeat the song lyric phrase. In this case, I isolated a song lyric by Parandero Emilio Nuñez in a song of his that I love tremendously, "Nuguchuru" ("my mother" in the Garifuna Language) from his Casos De La Vida, album, a favorite of mine.
