Rod Stewart has announced that he will be canceling the next four weeks of performances as part of his “One Last Time” farewell tour and “The Encore Shows” Las Vegas residency after undergoing a routine coronary stent procedure.

The 81-year-old singer postponed his Cincinnati show on Sunday night (Aug. 9) due to the unidentified medical issue.

Rod Stewart was forced to postpone a concert at the last minute due to a "minor medical procedure." Stewart, 81, was expected to take the stage at the Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati on Sunday with Richard Marx as part of his "One Last Time" tour.

"Due to an unforeseen but minor medical procedure that required prompt attention, Rod Stewart's performance tonight in Cincinnati at Riverbend Music Center has been POSTPONED ," the venue wrote in a statement.
